We do NOT give blanket authorization for translation of any article on our site, nor do we grant exclusive translation rights, but sometimes we grant permission for translation of one or two articles when you request specific permission for each article used from rfwilson@wilsonweb.com
We are very careful with such things in order to preserve full copyrights to our valuable intellectual property.
For translations, we always require full agreement to each of the following nine conditions:
That Wilson Internet Services owns the copyright for both the original article and for your translation of the article; you are granting Wilson Internet Services complete ownership of your translation to be used, distributed, and modifed as we see fit.
That you may host your translation of the article on your website only and/or distribute it by e-mail to your company's own mailing list.
That you notify us of the URL when the article is posted on your site,
That you may NOT give permission for your translation of the article to be hosted or displayed on any other website, or e-mailed to any other company's lists. Ask us, and we may grant such permission.
That you may NOT host the English original on your site.
That Wilson Internet Services may revoke permission for you to host or distribute the translation at any time. (We would only do this if you were to violate this agreement or to include embarrassing elements on your site, site or perhaps if we were to sell foreign language rights to the collection.)
That article on your site must contain a link to "http://www.wilsonweb.com" with the words (translated) "by Dr. Ralph F. Wilson, E-Commerce Consultant" at the top of the article.
That you agree that we may also host your translation of the article on our wilsonweb.com site.
If you would like to translate a specific article, please contact us to inquire about permission. rfwilson@wilsonweb.com
