(2) Familiarity - use icons and metaphors people are familiar with. (3) Navigation - sitemap and "bread crumb" trail. (4) Simplity - make it easy for the customer rather than complex and confusing. (5) Response Time - limit number of images, need to scroll, and too much content on a single page. (6) Feedback.
