Epilogue

There's a good chance that you'll be able to increase your conversion rate 1% or 2% -- perhaps even double it, as you implement these techniques. There's no magic here. No hype. But clear instruction, designed for the small business or larger company that already has an e-commerce component, but now wants to fine-tune it.
