I particularly like that they are very responsive, and honest people. They are willing to work with affiliate managers and are willing to guarantee that they will not change the deal in mid stream. Our affiliate program was administered by Commission Junction but after they decided to become greedy and raised the monthly minimum they would get from affiliate programs to whatever they earned to holding us up for $250 per month we knew it was time to switch.

Before deciding on PlugInGo we researched every software, and other affiliate management 3rd party solution we could find. PlugInGo gave immediate responses to inquiries, their program seemed very flexible (which it turned out to be), they are constantly looking for ways to improve their service as well. Their special points system is especially innovative, imagine a 3rd party affiliate manager awarding points to merchants affiliates for sending business! Amazing!

Their site loads fast and you are able to get the reports needed easily.

Negatives:

Not being able to direct a banner to a specific URL. But after a brief discussion with the management they are going to add this.

Purchase Again?

We would purchase again in a heartbeat. Why? They run their company like we run ours. Customer service, customer service, customer service! Give enough people what they want and you get what you want. They listen to customers, and are constantly improving the experience and their software.

Other comments:

Special features are the points awarded to affiliates of programs for sending customers to buy on top of commissions. These points can then be traded in on various brand name and high quality items.
