Had a very responsive sales team BEFORE I signed up. It is easy to use and was simple to launch. The Customer Service is very good. Very reliable (only one downtime over 10 minutes, for T-1 move and server/hd repair, in last 10 months). Easy to use, flexible. Excellent support...quick to respond to needs. We track affiliates, advertising, and actual web product/service sales and capture customer info for procesing. |

Their server is constantly down, have very little confidence in their accuracy. I'm going to becanceling this service. [Editor: The software vendor explains: "The comment is not true. Only recently did we experienced problems with our backbone provider when their DNS server, located in California, went down for a whole weekend due to a blackout. In effect, it was not OUR SERVER that was down but the backbone that supplies our T1 line and DNS service to our server. The adjective "constantly" is also a gross misrepresentation of our server uptime. At about the same time we moved to a larger facility and our T1 line went down for half a day until the phone company could re-establish the connection to our new facility. Aside from those two incidents, our servers have been up and reliable all year. It appears to us that you ran your survey right about or shortly after that downtime which was around the first week of April."] Nothing, I recommend it! Nothing major.....wish we owned the rights! |

No. Yes, in fact the software has been upgraded several times with many new features. Yes. |

Protrack can now offer settings for flat rate or percentage commissions and they are working on allowing for re-occurring commissions as well.
Highly recommend software and its support team. |
