Positives:

This is an all-in-one solution...I've been having trouble trying to get all my stuff to integrate well together with so many different programs and services for each different thing...this one lets me do everything all in one shot...also, I can do unlimited number of URLs/web sites all under one account, and I can have unlimited number of membership levels, etc...it also does the membership management with recurring billing and auto expiration according to what plan the customer bought. It also tracks affiliates AND pays them for me...such a time saver -- I've not made a lot of money yet because I'm still finishing with my development stuff, but it's made my life so much easier than the last year trying to set everything up with any other providers.

Negatives:

What I don't like is that for membership management, customers can only pay for a maximum 6 months, so if I want them to have lifetime access for one price, I have to go in manually after the fact and change their expiration date so they have access for as long as I want them to. Also, it's annoying that the maximum payment amount is $75. So for selling reseller licenses, and stuff that costs several hundred dollars I have to use Instabill instead -- and I don't use affiliate tracking for that...but it seems to be working out well.

Purchase Again?

I would start it again...It's free set up...no set up, no monthly fees, etc... only 15% per transaction fee is all they charge...and since they track, calculate, and pay affiliates too, I think it's well worth it! :)

Other comments:

They also allow phone ordering. The customer can call the phone number on the screen, and have the product charged to their home telephone bill...that way customers who don't have credit cards or checks can still order the product. They have good fraud protection stuff too, so it seems to be a good system.
