Web marketers have learned how to do direct e-mail marketing
rather effectively. But what if you were to include a secure order
form right in your HTML e-mail so that customers don't have to do
anything to order but fill out the form and submit it? And what if
you could pre-fill-out the form with your customer's account
number or address? I believe that's the next step for e-merchants.
I'll explain how to do it in this issue. Lots of research goes into
