User Feedback:The system more broadly used in Chile is named Webpay http://www.webpay.cl. All mayor Chilean E-stores use it for Credit Card payments,as well as other sites such as Chilean Terra Mall. It allows instant verification of your credit card status, and sends to the store a verification number. They take charge and responsability for the Credit Card Process : It works with all main Cards : Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners.
