Strengths: Total control over creating and sending email campaigns (with roles and permissions scheduler and ability to change link redirects and inbound reply routing on fly). |
Weaknesses: The program is extremely feature rich but there is a slight learning curve if you want to use some of the more advanced features. |

Strengths: They have great customer service with fast turnaround times. The reports are among the most detailed I've seen. |
Weaknesses: We use their agency module where each of our customers have their own account and roll-up to ours. The billing reports are nice but would like to see more graphs and analytics so we can uncover additional revenue opportunities. |
Missing? Right now the user interface is only available in English Japanese and Spanish but would like to see a German and French user interface. |
