Strengths: The strongest feature is the unlimited numbers of categories I can create and the unlimited number of letters I can put in each category in addition to it handling unlimited numbers of leads. The lead generation form intergrates beautifully with all of my web sites almost TOTALLY automating my business and businesses for clients I handle as well. (I am a webmaster and hosting company).

Weaknesses: Occassionally the system is slow sending out unscheduled messages. Sometimes up to 12 to 24 hours. Scheduled messages go out beautifully it's just the unscheduled ones that sometimes get bogged down.

Missing? The ability to search for names in the database by DATE they entered the system.
