Strengths: Sending html formatted email. The drawbacks are that it does not sends out mails to all the addresses in the list. if there are 10 000 addresses and it shows that sending mails to all of them is finieshed it actually sends out mails to only 1200 addresses actually.

Weaknesses: it does not sends out mails to all the addresses in the list.

Strengths: Generally it's a reliable program but it doesn't publish any sort of report post-email to count the number of successful deliveries. As we regularly buy in lists this feature would have been very helpful to us. As the company are US and we're based in the UK we're only able to access their helpdesk late in the afternoon and their respobnse to email questions has not been too quick!

Weaknesses: No report of successful deliveries. The program has a wizard which is great but if you enter a different message in the wizard compared what's already on your screen it won't always send the required message (fortunately i discovered this whilst testing the software!)
