Strengths: The fact that the system is web-based makes it very easy to maintain from a resources standpoint. The contest feature is nice too -- something that has been helpful in increasing my opt-in email list numbers.

Weaknesses: I've not experienced any weaknesses or frustrations as yet.

Strengths: E-Mail Factory is self-explanatory and simple to use but still the strongest feature of E-Mail Factory is the support behind it. If we ever do have a question we are able to get help quickly and efficienctly. We wouldn't use anything else.

Weaknesses: We haven't come across any weaknesses in E-Mail Factory.

Strengths: EmailFactory is easy to use and difficulties in the beginning were quickly resolved. It's very flexible and continues to improve with each campaign. The interface is easy to use and understand.

Weaknesses: The only weakness I can discern is that I would have to maintain an AOL account to view a test message.
