Strengths: #1: Excellent reporting - I can follow every move my contacts make: opening clicking text v. html. Additionally they've been quick to respond when I've had questions or concerns. |
Weaknesses: difficulty in updating contacts - frustrating to go through the whole upload process over again |
Missing? ability to export specific contacts who have responded by clicking through or opening. |

Strengths: The real time reporting gives me global campaign activity and I can click down to see which contacts performed which action. Also they handle bounced emails and requests to be opt-out very well. |
