Strengths: great customer service very flexible and when it works it works well

Weaknesses: Very difficult and time consuming to set up. For example they emailed us approximately 18 manuals - ranging from 3 to 10 pages long. We finally hired an IT person to do this for us and they found it to be tedious to implement. ALSO the text MUST be written in a non-ascii format. And while the company offers an automatic 'formatter' (converting ascii text such as microsoft word to non-ascii) it rarely works. The company has mentioned other people having similar difficulty.

Missing? The ability to create eZines in ascii format (such as microsoft word).
