Strengths: Import/Export of large lists in *.csv or *.xls format and clarity of messages and list members.

Weaknesses: No support for multiple mail accounts if you want to use different e-mail addresses for the sender field.

Missing? There should be a support with multiple accounts which would make it possible to change the sender address by choosing a different account. Changes have to be made manually.

Strengths: Works with many data sources ie Access Excell and even Microsoft word tables. You can edit the database information from within the program not like Mail Loop where editing is done outside the program. I alos use World Merge which is cheaper and handles many data sources. Still not direct editing of the data. It does allow for attachements that vary with each email. A nice feature.

Weaknesses: Mailking does not allow you to link to individual attachements for each reciever - only one generic attachment. Mail Loop is a powerful But very limited program. It is difficult to filter data and runs slowly as well as being VERY expensive. World Merge is cheap and powerful but does not allow direct editing of the data source.
