Strengths: Totally automated full-featured mailserver that includes list hosting and autoresponder features. Offers mailback confirmation for all subscribes subscribe/unsubscribe via sending email to an autoresponder address customizable headers/footers for each list host lists on multiple domains through a single POP account acts as an SMTP server so you don't have to use your host or ISP's server.

Weaknesses: Set up requires some sophistication but it is a Windows-based GUI so it's easier than trying to figure out SmartList or Majordomo.

Missing? Actually I haven't done the last two paid upgrades because there aren't any features that I need that it doesn't have.

Strengths: It integrates very easily with the mail server as it is a part of the server software itself. Easily scalable to tens of thousands of users.

Weaknesses: No easy search based on e-mail address across multiple lists for administration
