Strengths: It's inexpensive.

Weaknesses: It doesn't work very well -- many times you will get a Microsoft VB Script Error or some such. After a few emails back and forth over a couple days I learned that you can't have a blank line at the end of an uploaded list or it will crash. It doesn't say this on the site anywhere.

Missing? 2 features: 1. If you want to upload lists of addresses that include more than just name email (for instance what products they've bought city state zip etc) you need to do a custom upload which is basically emailing the file to their technician who does it manually and can take a few days to get it done. 2. There is no way to check for/remove duplicate emails.

Strengths: run and manage multiple lists autoresponders follow-ups plus tons of additional features

Weaknesses: help files leave a little to be desired. Easy to use once you get the hang of it but takes a bit to get started. Could be a little more intuitive.

Missing? Can't think of any of hand. Does everything I need it to! ;-)
