Strengths: Strongest feature is the automated followup.

Weaknesses: As a Mac user I am accustomed to applications with a clean intuitve user interface. I find that many Windows developers do not pay attention to detail; this application is one of the worst. If this is what it looks like on the outside can I be assured that attention was paid to the inside -- the operation of the program.

Strengths: My main use right now is loading the database with responses from my website. I create the form for the website and I create the program that reads the e-mail response and both are quite easy once you get the hang of it. The other use I have now is the ability to send html to a group or subgroup and to also send a text version for those who don't read html. That process is also very simple. I almost chose their on line version but I like the idea of paying once and having unlimited use. My snail mail list that I am trying to convert to opt-in e-mail is over 5 000. I am looking forward to an update that is due shortly that will further simplify and speed up the process (it's fine now for a few hundred but I think I might have a problem with several thousand). Eventually I expect to use the autoresponse functions - I'm not there yet. Lee LeFaivre 954-725-9779

Weaknesses: As mentioned earlier if my numbers were bigger I suspect speed would be a problem. Everything else is really pretty good. The way it all worked was not intuitive but the documentation was quite good and the phone support was excellent.

Missing? It looks to me that it can handle as sophisticated an application as I can come up with. My expectations aside from the basics are to be able to handle multiple response chains and while I'm not using those features yet they all appear to be there.

Weaknesses: Some restrictions and impossibility to add different rules.

Strengths: The strongest features are the following: 1) Relatively easy to use after a challenging learning process 2) This program allows you to place contacts into different categories simulataneously allowing you to manage diverse types of email groupings. 3) I love the Incoming Email Solution. It took me a while to trust that in deed it imports all incoming emails into the appropriate categories. It Works 4) Really fabulous customer support. They actually answer the phone in a timnely manner....no voice mail hell! And when they do answer they are helpful real human beings. BRAVO!

Weaknesses: 1) A pretty challenging learning curve overall. I am fairly computer literate. I would think that this software would be very difficult to learn for an average user. 2) I have found managing message categories particularly confusing...Haven't quite got the hang of it yet.

Strengths: Love mail merge automatically adding people to my different lists the support Online Automation offers and after set up the click once and your done aspects.

Weaknesses: Set up. Although confusing to novices Online Automation's support is the best!

Strengths: Postmaster is very easy to use and easy to set up. It has an excellent help section. So most any problem you may have or question you need answered you will find in the help section. It's strongest features are the ability to place contacts into catagories and you can have unlimited autoresponders.

Weaknesses: There are several weaknesses. It does not handle very large lists that well. We have a list of 20 000 and it was slow in reading and accessing the database. That is why we moved that list to Sparklist. There is a newer version that is coming out that may handle it better. Also if you get a e-mail that bounces back or a address that is bad there is not an easy way to remove them from the list. It has to be done manually.

Missing? I think that the Incoming Email Solution (IES) and the contact database should be better interfaced.

Strengths: The program has come along way. For sending a series of marketing messages a newsletter or a single message to a group is simple and fast.

Weaknesses: The major problem is they have not yet come out with a program that will work for someone with Microsoft Access XP installed. The incoming e-mail processing program is not easily integrated.

Strengths: I like the support you receive most. They have continuing education on how to use it and set it up. I especially like having the mail merge operation so that all my emails are personalized. I also like the feature that adds contacts to one or several lists as is your preferance.

Weaknesses: The only problem I had was connecting to my web mail server and with Online Automation's support system that was accomplished quickly.

Missing? I can't think of anything else one would need in this program.
