On May 5-7, 2004 I took a survey of Web Marketing Today readers about the e-mail marketing software that they use. I asked for their ratings on price, ease-of-use, reliability, deliverability, customer service, power of features, and reputation. Finally, I asked for any comments, pros and cons, about the software. Over 500 people responded. You can see the short version of the report in the News Release.
