In this issue we continue our series of starting an e-business on a shoestring. Though it may seem contradictory, I contend that website design is something you should outsource to a professional and not do yourself, no matter how short your shoestring. I explain why in the article.
February has been a month for research on HTML e-mail, since I continue to use it and explore other uses. I am reporting on conclusions from that research in this issue, too.
