How to Promote Your Website
Issue 125, June 4, 2003
Dear Friends,
In this issue:
Updated Version of "The Web Marketing Checklist:
29 Ways to Promote Your Website" (Available to put on your website at
no charge, see below).
Over the past couple of years I've traveled 32,000 miles presenting the
Doctor Ebiz Internet Marketing Seminar in 17 different venues. Too many hotel
rooms and car rentals to want to remember! And airport food now that airline
food is kaput....
I've decided to work smarter rather than harder, and explore the concept of Web
Seminars. http://www.wilsonweb.com/webinar/ The available
technology enables a very strong learning process.
I haven't given up on in-person seminars. I plan to conduct some seminars in
the fall in the US, England, and Ireland. I'd really need
your help with a survey to help me determine which cities to visit. http://www.surveymonkey.com/s.asp?u=16872217882
My "Web Marketing Checklist" (contained in this
newsletter) has been extremely popular since its first edition in 1997. Many
readers have asked if they could put it on their own websites to help visitors
and customers learn their way around web marketing. Yes, I've made it available free
of charge in syndicated form. Just add a couple of lines of JavaScript
and HTML code in your template and the article will appear. This way I can keep
the content up-to-date, too, without you having to make any changes. http://www.wilsonweb.com/syndicate/
I hope you're having a wonderful June! I also hope you'll get to enjoy a bit
more time with your family this season.
God bless you,
Dr. Ralph F. Wilson, Editor
The Web Marketing Checklist (Revised)
29 Ways to Promote Your Website
I first wrote this article in 1997 when I described "26 Ways." Since then the number has grown to "29 Ways to Promote Your Website," and was highlighted by PC Magazine in 1999. Of course, one could list many more ways, but these are the most important.
One year ago I revised the Checklist, but found that a number of things have changed. In one year my earlier revision was seriously out-of-date. I invite you to read the mid-2003 version of the Web Marketing Checklist. Read the Article.

research and keep you up-to-date in the field. (Links gathered in a given month are usually available during the second week of the following
month.)
