In this August 6, 2003 issue I offer two articles:
Google AdSense -- Advertising Revenue for the Rest of Us
Review: Super Affiliate Tracker
I had a brief opportunity to walk among majestic redwoods
last weekend, just long enough to soak in the quietness and grandeur of the
ancient forest and feel its deep peacefulness refresh my spirit. I hope
you have a chance to renew yourself this season with a vacation.
This week I've been marveling at technology that enables me to broadcast live,
interactive Web Seminar sessions to participants half-way around the world -- in
Norway, Chile, Australia, and all across the US. It's a great way to deliver
high-quality Internet marketing training in a way that dramatically cuts costs
to participants. I also am delighted with the opportunity to field all the
questions that participants throw my way. The medium allows personal interaction
even more effective than during my in-person seminars.
If you need to get
up-to-speed on Internet Marketing before fall hits with hectic pace,
this is the right vehicle and the time is now. You can do this without taking
time off and shouldering stiff travel costs. Why don't you ask your boss to pay
for it? I'll begin the next
6-session seminar series next Tuesday, August 12, at 9:00 am Pacific Time,
12:00 noon Eastern Time. And if you sign up right away, I'll have time to mail
you a free headset so you can participate fully. $281 worth of some of the most
important Web marketing e-books ever written complete this amazing learning
package. http://www.wilsonweb.com/webinar/dre_sem/?c1=wmt&source=webinar&kw=dre_sem

Google AdSense -- Advertising Revenue for the Rest of Us
Recently Google extended its Pay Per Click ads to thousands of content-rich websites with ads precisely matched to the editorial content on the page where they appear. Significant advertising dollars are
flowing once more to sites parched by severe advertising drought. It feels good, like raindrops on your face after a hot, dry summer, making dust craters on the hood of your car and causing the air to smell fresh and clean and happy.
But all is not rosy or without potential problems. In this analysis I discuss:
How the system works
How much Google pays publishers
Criteria used to screen sites
How to determine if your site has good potential
Problems for publishers
More serious problems created for advertisers that could threaten the
entire concept
Implications for publishers, ad networks, and affiliate programs
A sober assessment of the bottom line

Review: Super Affiliate Tracker
Note: Wincer Song, the person who developed the software reviewed in this article has pirated web content from my site and many sites in order to increase traffic to his site. I can't recommend him or his products at this point.
If you've ever sought good candidates for reciprocal links to your site or searched for the best affiliates to market one of your products, then Super Affiliate Tracker may well fill the
bill. This review describes the program's functions and capabilities and explains
how it can help you market your business. A free download is available so you
can evaluate the program in relation to your own needs. Read the
